Divide the H-shaped grid into distinct regions, ensuring each region contains exactly one green gem and one red gem.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Draw a vertical line from the top grid boundary, extending downwards one cell, to enclose the top-middle green gem and the red gem directly below it into a pink segment.
From the bottom-right corner of the newly formed pink segment, draw a line one cell to the right and then one cell downwards, creating a yellow L-shaped region for the right-side green gem and the red gem below it.
Starting from the bottom-left cell of the puzzle grid, draw a line upwards one cell, then right two cells, outlining a green 2x2 segment around the bottom-left green gem and its adjacent red gem.
From the top-left corner of the puzzle grid, draw a line downwards two cells, then right two cells, and finally upwards one cell, to define a blue L-shaped area for the top-left green gem and the red gem below it.
